FASHION ART

My love of Fashion Illustration was born from the further studies I completed at London College of Fashion and St Martins College of Art. I went onto to research the original 20th century masters of fashion illustration including Carl ‘Eric’ Erickson, Christian Bérard, René Bouché, René Gruau, Antonio Lopez and Kenneth Paul Block, which took me to New York to explore the archives at Parsons. My work has evolved overtime but always has an element of figurative or human form.

Artwork here is a combination of mixed media self initiated work and artwork created live during high fashion life drawing sessions.  ​My instinctive response is inspired by either the model’s energy, the music, an item of clothing or even just my mood on the day.
