I host a variety of art workshops all over London. I currently have a weekly mindfulness through art drop in session at Clitterhouse Farm weekly Thursdays and once a month Saturdays. With a changing theme and media at each workshop, come along and join in the creative fun. Your heart, mind and soul will thank you for it.

Is wellness on your agenda? Are you looking to offer a group mindfulness art workshop for your co-workers, family friends at your location? I would love to host a mindfulness through art workshop for you.

Please do get in touch here

Below some images of recent art workshops including watercolour floras, sumi-e ink painting, earth day butterflies & bees, Women's history month exploring a different artist each week, mono-printing, mixed media collage and much more.

Drop in weekly workshops at Our Yard

Art is a creative form of meditation, whether you are an experienced artist, mediator or have no experience at all, just the act of putting paint to paper can transform you into a state of calm.  Allow me to guide you through a range of artistic workshops where we take inspiration from nature; drawing trees, flowers or using Turner’s infamous golden age palette, just as a a few examples.  Each session will have a different theme but ultimately each session will focus on the joy of creating art and the mindfulness aspects of being present and immersing oneself in the process of creating art.  Allow me to share my skills and experience with you, whilst enjoying the joy of being creative together in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.  Reap the many benefits that creating art can bring for your wellbeing, whilst painting and learning with an experienced artist.

These mindfulness art sessions are drop in sessions, so whether you want to come weekly or just as and when you can, be rest assured you will be welcome to join and immerse yourself in a mindful art session each time you attend.  All you need is your curiosity.

For anyone who has something specific they want to learn and prefer a 1:1 setting...It might be you want to increase your confidence in using watercolour or inks, or perhaps learn how to draw a face? Or really want to understand the proportions of drawing a fashion figure to give your fashion images the balance they need.  Or you just want some guidance in your own personal creative projects.  Whatever your needs I will create personable sessions tailored to you with feedback and suggestions for research to increase your creative confidence.

I highly recommend this workshop to all looking to expand their illustration toolkit. Isher fosters an excellent atmosphere to unleash expressive creativity. My mark making confidence is better than before and I’m incorporating more mixed media techniques to create interesting illustrations. Isher does a fantastic job with connecting techniques for the fashion context that I have not seen in other similar style workshops. On top of that, Isher is an absolute joy to learn from and I can’t wait for her future workshops.

It has been amazing to collaborate with 2B or not 2B collective on several occasions- a BIPOC run art collective. With a focus on inclusivity and diversity.  I have been guest tutor for our fashion workshops held at Cass Art flagship store and I very much ook forward to announcing more collaborations with them in the future.

Thrilled to have been invited as the first ever guest artist at DCC Studios leading the session featuring Millinery designs by Edwina Ibbotson.  Participants were led through a variety of poses whilst Matt and I spoke about my fashion background,  inspirations and techniques to approaching live high fashion drawing.
