CREATIVE WELLBEING
My interdisciplinary practice brings together contemporary art, mindfulness, creative wellbeing, and education through workshops, facilitation, and public programmes.
Using drawing, and painting as reflective tools, I create mindful creative experiences that encourage presence, attention, and collective engagement. These sessions explore how art can function as a restorative and accessible space for reflection, conversation, and wellbeing, but also a contemplative practice, a way of slowing down, paying attention, and reconnecting with the present moment.
Many of my workshops are also centred around my own creative practice, sharing my skills and expertise in contemporary watercolour, drawing, observational practice, and fashion illustration. These sessions combine technical guidance with mindful and reflective approaches to creativity, encouraging participants to develop confidence, self-expression, and deeper forms of visual attention.
Working across galleries, museums, universities, and cultural institutions, I deliver workshops, talks, and programmes for adults that connect contemporary art, mindfulness, and creative wellbeing. I have worked with many institutions including:
